The workers were very nice.
Despite the claim of being smoke-free, the pervasive smell of smoke on the third floor invaded our room. To make matters worse, the TV didn't function at all, and there was no Wi-Fi information available. Finally, upon check-out, the lobby was still closed at 9:30 AM.

With four kids, we loved that there was ample space to relax and unwind. Plus, the rooms had decent amenities that kept everyone comfortable. The cleanliness left a good impression on us as well.
For dads, it would be great if they improved soundproofing.

I stayed for a wedding celebration and found the rooms surprisingly spacious and comfortable. The kitchen area was handy for quick meals. My experience at this hotel was significantly better than my previous stay in laredo.
